National Health Services Corps (NHSC) Designation

Bayless Healthcare is an accredited NHSC facility. NHSC Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites. The NHSC offers three loan repayment options for primary care providers who work at approved sites in communities in need. If you are a professional in one of several job classifications or skill areas, you may qualify for student loan repayment.

Professional Growth and Development

Since 1982, Bayless has been known for its continuous learning and improvement offered to all staff. We believe that lifelong learning and collaboration are necessary components to our integrated health model of care because it provides the essential framework from which clinicians can better serve the whole patient.

We offer weekly didactic training and case consultations that help our staff stay current of the latest treatments and technologies, achieve CME requirements, and advance their clinical skills and licensure. We also provide assistance with licensure exam preparation that will further a clinicians career.

To assist with our employee’€™s development, we offer career advancement opportunities for clinicians who advance to different licensure levels. These opportunities include added responsibilities, PTO, and salary. We offer supervision that is regular, reflective, and collaborative in nature and available regardless of licensure requirements.  We value supervision and support the professional growth of all staff. Bayless supports a framework of supervision for all staff central to the process of learning and to the expansion of the scope of practice that includes encouraging self assessment, analytical, and reflective skills.
