Dr. Kristen Ray Recommends Implementing Healthy Guidelines for Kids and Technology

Recent studies show kids and parents are becoming more and more dependent on technology and the amount of time spent staring at a screen is increasing. This dependence on screen time is affecting the quality of life, sleep, school, grades, moods and behaviors of our kids.

Dr. Kristen Ray encourages healthy behaviors in our kids by recommending 2hrs or less of screen time per day for children over the age of two. Children under the age of two shouldn’t be allowed any screen time.
