Healthy familyWhen you visit a Bayless Healthcare clinic, our integrated health services will be provided within a consultative framework. We’re here to help. You’ll meet with your Doctor and an additional member of your healthcare team including Behavioral Wellness Consultants, Therapists, Nutritionists, and more.

Our consultative interventions focus on helping patients identify areas where lifestyle choices may alter their health, provide skill training through patient education strategies, and develop specific healthy choices and behaviors. While these efforts may be developed in collaboration with you, they are designed to be carried through in the doctor-patient relationship, with additional members of your healthcare team providing any necessary support.

Prevention of chronic conditions is a key part of our efforts.

Obesity: Promote of Self Management Goal Identification and Attainment, Behavioral Modification, Support Healthy Lifestyle Attainment, Motivational Change, Diet/Exercise Goal Identification and Attainment, Motivation for Change

Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia: Attention Diversion Techniques, Pain Psycho-Education, Stress Management

Diabetes: Promote Self Management Goal Identification and Attainment, Enhance Mood Stability, Identify and Restructure Alarmist Thinking and Hopelessness, Stress Reduction

Asthma: Identify and Manage Triggers, Medication Adherence, Relaxation/Diaphragmatic Breathing, Stress Management.
