Dr. Michael Brad Bayless, a clinical and forensic psychologist, founded Bayless Integrated Healthcare in 1982 as a groundbreaking model for mental healthcare delivery utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach.
After having accompanied his father to work since the age of 9, and working alongside him as Chief Financial Officer from 2008-2010, Justin Bayless became the second-generation owner and has transformed the company into a integrated healthcare provider that treats the mind and body as equally important.
Dr. Bayless passed away peacefully in 2015. The first member of his family to earn an advanced degree, Dr. Bayless leaves behind a legacy not only through the company, but also in the memories of humor and genuine care for everyone he met. Dr. Bayless will always be remembered for his mission to provide help for those who would not have received much-needed care otherwise.
We differentiate ourselves by offering a broad range of services for both the whole body and mind, from infancy through late adulthood, with delivery methods that are proven as wells as progressive. Our multiple specialties also incorporate new technologies that help provide an enhanced patient experience.
As a truly integrated service provider for all ages and socio-economic classes, Bayless offers family medicine, emotional and behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, and social healthcare services to families and children, adults, the elderly, and the community. We apply our core values to all that we do, so that everything from our daily guiding principle to our tactical management techniques are built on compassion, adaptability, innovativeness, reliability, and relentlessness.
Bayless Integrated Healthcare is excited to partner with and support organizations that align with our core values of being compassionate, adaptable, innovative, reliable, and relentless in building a better and healthier community. Together, we look forward to ensuring that balanced healthcare that addresses all areas of personal well-being, including mental health, is widely and easily available to everyone.
Most people are familiar with the sensation of mental stress making your body feel physically tired, but common mind-body connections such as this are still largely ignored when it comes to healthcare. Bayless and our community partners all play a part in working to remove this obstacle and making continued progress toward complete and balanced health for all.
