Leads the identification, documentation and improvement of organizational processes. Works with areas to define current processes, identifies bottlenecks and inefficiencies. By using data and reporting tools, helps to identify key areas of inefficiencies and costs to the organization and patient experience. Works with areas to create training and testing tools to ensure new workflows are consistently being followed across the entire organization consistently. Mentors and coach the organization on how to properly execute improvement science methodology such as the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) or Lean Six Sigma; and demonstrate appropriate utilization of the various tools available to drive change.
