Nadia Ledesma, FNP-C, ACLM Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional

Dr. Nadia Ledesma DNP, FNP-C immigrated from La Piedad, Michoacan Mexico to the small farming community of Tolleson, Arizona. Dr. Ledesma then attended Arizona State University where she ultimately received a Doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine.

During her tenure as a Registered Nurse, Dr. Ledesma’s training and certifications focused in the area of critical care. She is a certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse as well as a Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) and Continues Renal Replacement (CRRT) Nurse.

Dr. Ledesma has experience treating patients with multiple co-morbidities such as: Uncontrolled Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypotension, Liver Disease, Sepsis, Heart Failure, Coronary Artery Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. She has also implemented evidence based practices to fight Obesity through motivation and utilizing the Promotora model also known as community health care workers.

Dr. Ledesma is passionate about families and communities and is excited to meet and serve the patients at Bayless. She enjoys spending time with her two dogs (Ella and Luna), hiking, and meditating.
