Robert James, MD

Dr. James is a friendly pediatrician practicing medicine for over fifteen years. In the last eight years, Dr. James has been partnering with children and families exclusively in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Dr. James is a leading opponent of serving soda in schools. He often speaks publicly about diabetes management and nutrition. He earned the Spirit Award during his residency at West Virginia University and was also a member of the Residency Admissions Committee and the Medical School Admissions Committee. He was previously a two-time winner of the Physician of the Month award at Gallup Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico.

Dr James is a Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor as well as an active member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. James earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He later attended the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA before completing his Residency in Pediatrics from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.
