Lisa Elowson is thrilled to have joined Bayless Integrated Healthcare in 2017 as its Chief People Officer. Ms. Elowson is passionate about people and providing exceptional customer service for those who take care of our patients and the community. She is honored to bring her 25 years’ of human resources experience to Bayless.
Lisa is a recognized executive business leader who has been wildly successful at building world-class people organizations. Lisa has held leadership positions in a variety of industries, inclusive of healthcare, professional services, transportation and television and had her own consulting firm for nine years, assisting companies with strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, off-shoring efforts and organizational development endeavors.
Lisa Elowson has her Bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Catherine in Minnesota, where she graduated with honors with a dual degree in communications and philosophy of applied ethics. She obtained her Master’s of Human Resources Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management and later, her Six Sigma green belt certification. Lisa served on the Board of Directors for her local Society of Human Resources Management chapter for many years, and later became the legislative chair for the Arizona State Council, wherein she spoke in Washington D.C. on Arizona employment law issues. Ms. Elowson is also a published author and blogger, and is frequently tapped to speak at HR conferences, sharing her many HR experiences and adventures
Lisa and her husband John moved to Arizona in 1995 from Minnesota, and are thrilled everyday that they don’t have to shovel sunshine. They have a daughter, Avery, and two dogs, whom they treat as fuzzy children as well. Lisa enjoys traveling, the arts and theater scene and frequently tackles new fitness trends, mostly to a humorous end.< Return to All Leadership
