Patricia Dobratz comes from a diverse educational and professional background including Law, Education Studies, Psychology, and Marriage and Family Therapy. She has integrated these areas of interest through her work as a clinician, clinical supervisor, director, faculty member, and now as the Vice President of Behavioral Health at Bayless.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, she has provided therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings including schools, outpatient clinics, and private practice. She shares her love of learning and professional development by teaching, supervising, and providing professional consultations. She is also Board Certified in Tele-Mental Health.
Patricia has served on the Marriage and Family Therapy Academic Review Committee, as well as on the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, most recently as Chairperson. She believes in ethical delivery of quality services for the community as well as ongoing growth and development for clinicians.< Return to All Leadership
