Serena Gutierrez
Vice President, Population HealthSerena joined Bayless Integrated Healthcare after working at Cigna Health Plan for the past 4 years supporting clinical quality. She has been in the medical space for over 30 years and has managed quality outcome initiatives for payors, medical groups, and independent consultants with a primary focus on value-based care assuring every patient gets the healthcare that they deserve.
Serena received her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University and is currently a candidate for the Master of Leadership program. She is also a Certified Professional Coder obtaining her credentials in 2010 from the American Academy of Professional Coders with a high focus on risk adjustment coding and comprehensive documentation.
Serena loves spending time with her husband and their 3 adopted dogs. She also finds joy in sitting around the kitchen table talking and cooking for her family and friends.
