Cynthia “Tia” Marden is a passionate healthcare leader with over 10 years of experience in clinic operations and revenue cycle. Tia began working in the healthcare industry in high school where she realized the impact of helping others and making improvements in patients’ lives. She is motivated by making a difference for others whether they are patients, employees, or providers.
At Bayless, Tia provides leadership through implementing workflow evaluation, process improvement, policy and procedure, and implementing the company vision and values throughout the Bayless locations.
Tia completed her certification in billing and coding in Woburn, MA just before relocating to Arizona in 2005. Looking to close the gaps between front-end and back-end medical processes, Tia completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Southern New Hampshire University.
When Tia is not working on process improvement or engaging with patients and staff, she can be found on a baseball or football field rooting on her 12-year-old son. Tia also enjoys traveling with her husband and taking in the history of the area around them or enjoying a local wine tasting. Tia is an avid animal lover and spends time with local rescues or taking care of her own fur babies.< Return to All Leadership
