Agnes Bridgman

Agnes graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with concentrations in Mental Health and Child and Adolescent Health from Southern New Hampshire University. She then went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is currently Licensed in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Associate Counselor. Agnes has experience working with clients in various settings, guiding them through their challenges. The treatment styles she utilizes are Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, matching the treatment to each client’s individual needs.

Agnes was raised in central Phoenix. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, walking, and playing the piano in her free time.
