Bryan Durham, LMSW

Bryan has been with Bayless since July 2020. He completed his Master of Social Work degree at the University of Southern California, with a focus on mental health and military veterans’ services. Bryan has experience working with individuals in an integrated healthcare setting and specializes in working with military veterans. He also has experience working in macro level social work environments at the Arizona State Legislature, the Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services and at as a diversity recruiter for a healthcare company.  In line with his educational and professional background, Bryan has a particular interest in working with veterans and their families.

As a Clinical Social Worker, Bryan was educated in the theoretical frameworks of systems theory, psychosocial development theory and cognitive behavioral theory. He primarily utilizes the clinical perspectives of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time outdoors hiking or camping, traveling, listening to podcasts, and spending time with his family, his friends, and his dog.
