Carry Green is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing in the field for over 25 years. She was born and raised in Nebraska where she completed her education. Carry is an only child and adopted. Carry moved to Arizona after a significant life change and has been continuing to obtain experice in the field. Carry has a wonderful support system in which she spends time enjoying with. She enjoys cooking, finding new and exciting restaurants, reading, and most of all, running. Carry has completed several half marathons, and enjoys a beautiful morning run.
Carry received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from College of Saint Mary in Lincoln, NE, and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Doane College in Crete, NE. Carry is a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist with experience in clinical case management, conducting interventions with sexual/domestic violence victims, major mental health disorders, and conducting crisis emergency intervention. She has many years of experience with the Human Services System, and working with individuals and families with special needs and disabilities. In the course of her work, Carry has practiced psychotherapy in her own private practice. She worked with a variety of diagnosis, including, anxiety, eating disorders, adoption, depression, PTSD, the veteran population, and group therapy. She has regularly worked with community resources, treatment planning, training, and coordination of care.
Carry is an advocate for patients, and prides herself on relationship building. Carry has continually enjoyed working in the field and knew from a very young age, that this was what she was most enthusiastic about. She has many experience personally and in the field that makes her as passionate as she is.
