Courtney graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College in 2011 and later went on to complete her Master’s degree in Counseling from Arizona State University in 2016. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works primarily with adults with general mental health needs (including depression, anxiety, mood issues, trauma/ PTSD, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders) in both the individual and group treatment settings. Courtney is passionate about helping clients meet their therapeutic needs through a variety of modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Courtney has specialized training in the treatment of trauma related disorders and substance abuse disorders. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I). She also has experience implementing skills gained through specialized training in the Matrix Model of substance abuse treatment and is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).< Return to All Providers
