Erin Hammit is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health, and is a Board Certified Telemental Health provider. She initially completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Arizona State University, and later acquired her Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Erin offers support for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concern, self-esteem, boundary setting, life transitions, coping skills, grief, family conflict, and marital discord. She incorporates concepts from Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Erin has lived in many states and abroad, however she eventually settled in Arizona, which she now calls home. In her free time, Erin is an animal lover and advocate that enjoys to be outdoors. She is passionate horses and consistently rides in English training in hunter/jumper classes. Erin hopes to one day incorporate her passion of horses and psychology by opening an equine therapy practice in the Valley.< Return to All Providers
