Julius Chaney received his certification from the University of Arizona and is a state-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as a nationally certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Chaney has practiced in primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, and in a pre/post-surgical, hospitalist group. He is experienced with patients of all ages. He was instrumental in helping to start Phoenix Memorial Hospital Family Health Center (now known as Mountain Park Health Center), was one of the first Nurse Practitioners affiliated with inpatient, free standing hospice (Hillhaven Hospice) in the country, and helped to launch the first medical clinic (MediMin) in grocery stores in the state of Arizona.
Mr. Chaney philosophy is to always take care of the patient first with safe, evidence-based medicine. He enjoys travelling and reading in his personal time.
