Prior to joining Bayless in January 2015, Sarah completed her Master of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy at Arizona State University in Tempe. She has experience in both community mental health and private practice settings working with couples, families, and individuals, and she has developed a particular interest in Infant Mental Health.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, she takes a systemic approach to creating lasting change. She uses a variety of clinical perspectives, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Couple’s Therapy, Gottman Couple’s Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Structural Family Therapy, and she is PREPARE/ENRICH Certified. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, reading, cross-stitch, and spending time with friends and family.< Return to All Providers
